• Register and input data in the ERP system

• Determining the HS code for export products

• Execute import/export shipping process including preparation of all shipping documents in appropriate quality

• Follow up with shipping lines, and forwarding agents until booking is confirmed and update the shipping schedule

• Check and confirm data declarations are accurate before submitting to the Customer Office

• Follow up and execute the payment process

• Prepare monthly reports

• Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
